Kyle Redford is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and the founder of Empower Engineering. He is currently licensed in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Utah.

An Idaho native and graduate of Northwest Nazarene University, Kyle brings a diverse background in commercial and industrial construction projects across the United States. His work focuses on delivering clear, code-compliant construction documents, with an emphasis on collaborative design. He regularly partners with owners, architects, and design-build teams on a wide range of projects, including tenant improvements, new construction, photovoltaic (PV) solar systems, and cold storage distribution facilities.

Before founding Empower Engineering, Kyle gained experience in consulting engineering while pursuing his PE licensure. Alongside his professional journey, he and his wife—whom he met during college—have been blessed with three young sons.

Kyle started Empower Engineering to combine his passion for entrepreneurship with a commitment to thoughtful, service-oriented engineering. He strives daily to grow as an engineer, husband, father, and servant of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory.
