Henry is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with experience across a wide range of project types. He combines strong technical expertise with practical insight to deliver reliable, efficient solutions that meet both client needs and project goals.

Licensed in multiple states (ID, WY, MT, WA, OR), Henry brings a broad perspective and attention to detail.

A lifelong resident of the Treasure Valley, Henry grew up in Middleton and earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa.

Outside of his professional work, Henry enjoys spending time with his wife, Renee, whom he married during college, and their son, Wes. Together, they enjoy Idaho’s abundant outdoor recreation opportunities, including camping and hiking.

Guided by faith in his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Henry joined Empower Engineering to continue the mission of service and integrity. Henry is committed to living with purpose, striving each day to grow in his faith, and excel as a husband, father, and engineer.
